Did you know…?
Mohair is the fibre from Angora goats. This breed has long, soft fibres with a curly appearance that gives it its fluffy, velvety appearance. Mohair is usually mixed with standard wool or silk to give the yarn excellent resistance and volume.
Washing and care instructions
Mohair is a fibre that does not retain odours, so if the garment is aired, it does not need regular washing. We recommend washing the garment by hand.
Once washed, wring out the garment well with a towel and dry it horizontally.
Never use a laundry bag with your hand-knit garments; this can cause friction and felt on the garment.
